On this page, you will see photos taken in July 2014. Photos were taken from my terrace,
of the construction over the Rego Center Mall, farms seen from bus on our way to
Shady Maple, at and around Strasburg Rail Road, on Governors Island, on a quick walk
of the High Line, and other miscellaneous shots. Photos will be placed by category,
therefore they may not be in date order.

A Kestrel is
perched on
the terrace of
the apartment
of the
18th floor in the
Mandalay
building.
It appears they
are nesting
yearly on
the the roof of
the building.

A luxury apartment building being added on top of
the south side of Rego Center Mall, 62nd Dr. & Junction
Blvd. It should be ready for occupancy in 2015.

Farms and a business seen from inside the bus as we
drove to Shady Maple and later Strasburg Rail Road.

Cherry Crest Farm, part of which is a maize maze.

At Paradise the train stops and the locomotive moves
from what was the front of train to the back.

Crab Shack and Longhorn Steakhouse. Between
92nd and 94th Streets on 59th Avenue, across
from JC Penney (Queens Center Mall).
(July 2020 - Crab Shack no longer exists.
Queens Beer House now in this location.)

From a distance this building appeared to be blending
into the clouds.

On 56th Avenue, close to 92nd Street.
